Child policy

Children under 5 years stay complimentary at Eden Plains — no room charge and no meal charge.

  • Children under 5 stay and eat free of charge.
  • The 2-Bedroom and 3-Bedroom Interconnected Premium Jacuzzi Suites are the recommended options for families travelling with children, as they offer multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.
  • Please include the number of children and their ages in your booking so we can prepare the right bedding and, where needed, an extra bed.

Cancellation policy

Only written cancellation will be accepted. Please ensure you receive an acknowledgment of your cancellation from reservations.

  • 25% of the fee if cancelled less than 60 days prior to arrival.
  • 50% of the fee if cancelled less than 45 days prior to arrival.
  • 100% of the fee if cancelled less than 30 days prior to arrival.
